Number 3 is especially frustrating. I was thinking Kate was just a straight vampire. You're saying she's mixed with something or other? Wtf?

Let's see now ...
JD, 8/13 .... I know every film is a comedy as far as your concerned (lol), but for this quiz, two of those flicks are not genre comedies. And yes, Were-Bitch was purposefully misleading (heh-heh).
Lauren, you mentioned in a comment elsewhere that you reckon you got 100% right ...? Pray tell, what are your answers then?
Katyzzz, I'm not sure I follow your angle ....
Lilla, all growls in the dark from you ... your result? 1/13. Afraid to say it's a poodle for you.
Adrian, where's your mettle? Hit me with your answers.

My answers... hrm... if you saw my desk right now you'd understand. Old calendars, a rusted railroad spike, a large wooden cobra, papers, papers, papers. GAaak, found it.
You don't believe I got 100% either? Ah well. Here goes:
1-A
2-A D
3-B
4-D
5-C
6-A
7-B
8-A, D and give E a try, they always do in movies
9-B, most heavily, and in the days before real CGI
10-hheee... all of them in my mind anyway
11-A
12-C
13-I don't recognize these titles and think it's a trick question. I say-- 'Cat People' with Natassia Kinski and Malcolm McDowell.

I'll send you a PM ...
Melissa,
of the seven questions you answered you got two right (with question 10 you got two out of a possible three, so I can't give you the point, sorry). Best you stick to cleanin' the kennel.
Lauren,
you almost got 100%. You and JD will have a bone to pick (owwww!) with me over question 10, but since I'm making the rules here, I made the executive decision that only three of the five are legitimate genre comedies (and that's after checking various sources). One could be considered a satire, but doesn't have gags like American Werewolf does, the other is unintentionally funny, and that doesn't count.
SO. That aside, you managed to pick the trick questions (2, 8, 13) as well - very good! I'm impressed! All I can say is beware the full moon girl!

Guess I needed to stipulate comedies that are not unintentionally funny, such as I was a Teenage Werewolf ... Comedy is a difficult beast sometimes. Lauren,
In all honesty, I much prefer to laugh when I want to laugh in a film, and not when a filmmaker is trying to tell me when to laugh ...
Sheesh, too much laughing at my blog! This is meant to be a dark and nightmarish blog, not some giggle-fest!
