ANIMAL KINGDOM DOUBLE-PASS GIVEAWAYS!

The lovely folk at Madman Entertainment in conjunction with Contagious Communications have allowed me to giveaway five in-season double passes to the brilliant new Australian crime drama Animal Kingdom (2010). The movie is currently enjoying its nationwide theatrical season and overseas where it won the prestigious world cinema award at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. It is also receiving very high praise indeed from local film critics, and is one of my favourite Aussie dramas of the past twenty years.

To win one of these double-passes just name your favourite gangster movie and in 25 words or less why you like it so damn much.

I’ll pick the five best answers as the winners. Please note only residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia may enter.

JD ... I don't know what's going on, but I've had no interest in this whatsoever, apart from your good self ... Sheesh. G, huh? Well, I can think of two movies (actually four) ... but I'm guessing you're referring to one based on a book called Wiseguys, yeah?

Weird that no one has responded to free tickets.

Correct, one is based on a book called Wiseguy. The other based on a book by Mario Puzo....Thinking about it, probably one Directed by the Coens starting with "M" and another Directed by Leone starting with 'O' would also make my decision tougher
